Shipping policy
Our aim will always be to get your items to you as soon as possible.
There are a number of items we sell and so shipping times can vary throughout each working month.
Any made to order items will be sent out as soon as they are ready, these are most hand painted items,and any personalised items. As these take us time to create we aim to offer these for sale around the beginning of each month and aim to ship by the end of that same month meaning standard turnaround is 3-4 weeks. Please do check Instagram for any updates.
Any items that are in stock will be sent sooner with our aim being 2 weeks from ordering.
Shipping costs vary with our products due to weight and size of parcels. The cost includes some packaging expenses plus the fee for postage. They are charged by method of shipping as; Large Letter £2.50, Small Parcel £4.50, Medium Parcel £5.80 and Courier £8.00 and always sent second class. We also offer free UK delivery on orders over £100
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE NEW EU LEGISLATION THAT HAS BEEN INTRODUCED WE CANNOT SHIP TO THE EU OR IRELAND AT PRESENT
We ship to the USA, however costs vary and like any international shipping you may need to pay customs charges. We can not send items in unbranded packaging and change details on any customs forms to try and avoid this.
We can provide tracking numbers for any small parcel and above on request but are unable to provide tracking for large letter, however we can provide proof of postage.
We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that become missing, once they have left our studio we have no control over how they come to you. But please do give us a message for your tracking number and we will look into your parcel whereabouts.
All our packaging is, recyclable, recycled or compostable. We are completely eco friendly with our packaging, occasionally we reuse packaging that has been sent to us, we will add a sticker stating the packaging is preloved as sometimes these items may not be able to be recycled, only reused or repurposed.
